Simply Good Desserts Background:
Simply Good Desserts was created/founded by business owners Chris, Delilah, and Kendra. The business opened October 17th, 2022 with a small variety of dessert options along with various coffee and ice cream flavors to choose from. The goal of the business is to provide dessert/coffee/ice cream options that are unique to Silver City along with expand into other options that include gluten free/sugar free options.
Cupcake Questions:
What frosting is used for our cupcakes?

- Our frosting is a whipped frosting
​
Why whipped frosting versus buttercream?
​
- Whipped frosting has a more light/fluffy consistency. Its sweet taste is not overwhelming in comparison to buttercream.
- Buttercream frosting has a thicker consistency that is made with ingredients like powdered sugar which gives that extra sweetness.
- We chose to use whipped frosting for our cupcakes/cakes because after conducting research regarding the type of frosting that people prefer we determined that whipped frosting was preferred over buttercream since it is not as sweet.*

*We do make cupcakes/cakes for special orders with buttercream at an additional cost
Do you make gluten free cakes/cupcakes?

- We do make a few gluten free cupcake options. These are pre-order only as we do not make them daily to sell in our store. For more information regarding flavors/options please contact us at the store and we will give you more information.
Do you make dairy free cakes/cupcakes?
- We do not offer dairy free options at this time, but we intend to have some options in the future. When we do we will update our website and share on our social medias.
Do you make sugar free cupcakes?
- We do make a few sugar free cupcake options. These are also pre-order only as we do not make them daily to sell in our store. For more information regarding flavors/options please contact us at the store and we will give you more information.

Coffee Questions:
Do you serve decaf coffee?
- We do make decaf coffee drinks, almost any of our coffee drink options can be made decaf.

Do you have alternative milk options?
-Our alternative milk options that we have are Almond, Oat, and Cashew Milk and Coconut Milk. ​

What is a Frappe?
- A frappe is a blended coffee drink that has a thick consistency like a milkshake

What non-coffee drinks do you offer?
- We have a few different hot tea options to choose from which include:
green tea, mint, cinnamon apple, cinnamon stick, earl grey, chai, and English teatime. - -Along with this we have a few other hot beverages which include Chai Latte, Hot Chocolate, and London Fog.

- We also have regular beverages like sodas, orange juice, Lipton green tea, and gatorade.

Do you have smoothies?
- No we do not offer smoothies, all of our menu is catered to dessert options/coffee based drinks
